Discovery

We learn the business before we open a design file. Your sales cycle, your bid process, what your best clients have in common, and where the credibility gap actually costs you. Most of the value is decided here.

02

Strategy

Positioning, site architecture, and content structure. We decide what the brand stands for and how the site is organized to win the work you want. You sign off before anything visual begins.

~1–2 WEEKS
03

Design

The brand system and the site mockups, built together. Wordmark, palette, type, and every key page designed to the token system so the build matches the design exactly.

~2–3 WEEKS
04

Build

A fast static site built straight off the design tokens, then tested on real devices. No template, no page builder, nothing that breaks the month after launch.

~2 WEEKS
05

Launch

We deploy, wire up LocalBusiness schema, and hand off a site you own outright. No lock-in, no monthly fee to keep the lights on.

What Clients Should Expect

TIMELINE

Six to nine weeks, brand through launch. We don't start a phase until the last one is signed off, so the date holds.

CADENCE

One working call per phase, plus async updates. You'll never wonder where the project stands.

FROM YOU

Honest answers in discovery, photos of real completed work, and a decision-maker on the sign-off calls. That's it.

One studio. One engagement. Everything handed off the day we launch — no lock-in, no monthly fee to run what you already own.

Common Questions

Can we do just the website — no rebrand?

If your brand is already solid — consistent, intentional, documented — yes. If it isn't, building a website on top of it means the site looks like the brand problem instead of solving it. We'll be straight with you on the call.

We already have a logo. Do we have to start over?

Not necessarily. Some firms come in with a strong mark and just need the system built around it. We evaluate what's there in Discovery and tell you honestly what holds and what doesn't.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope — brand-only, site-only, or the full engagement. We don't publish a price list because project complexity varies, but we're not a commodity shop. If budget is a real constraint, say so on the intro call and we'll give you a straight answer.

We don't have professional photography. Is that a problem?

Good photos matter, but they don't have to be studio shots. Consistent, well-composed photos of real completed work — taken on a decent phone in decent light — can be enough. We'll tell you exactly what we need before the build phase starts.

Start with a conversation.

One conversation tells us whether we're the right studio for the job. No pitch deck, no pressure.
